Rack safety

Warehouses are full of potential safety hazards, from falling stock to forklift traffic. Unfortunately racking and shelving is generally mistreated and not maintained. Damaged beams, bent uprights and missing lock pins are the most common fault found when audits are conducted and these items could cause catastrophic damage.

Minor bumps from forklifts could be insignificant but multiple bumps over an extended period could cause a shift in the uprights ability to safely carry its intended load.

The results of a rack collapse cold be a loss of life, permanent disability, damaged stock and extended downtime.
